With over 20 years’ experience in STM publishing, David brings a passion for innovation and track record of digital transformation to the Radcliffe Group. A former MD at Touch Group, where he oversaw the production of 60 journal issues a year across 15 different areas of medicine, David gained direct experience of cardiology journals while at Electric Word - where he also launched an electronic version of the Renal Drug Handbook.
In his free time, while he no longer plays rugby for London Welsh, David is keeping that legacy alive by introducing his three sons to the game.

Liam O'Neill
COO and Co-founder
Liam has worked in medical publishing and communications for over 12 years, surrounding himself with experienced editors and production staff to ensure Radcliffe Group’s output remains the best in the business. Following roles at
Touch Group, Haymarket and Electric Word, Liam joined Radcliffe to oversee every aspect of our content: from working directly with physicians at the planning stage, right through to marketing and database management.
If he does manage to find a spare moment, father-of-two Liam counts Brazilian jiu-jitsu and football among his interests.

Rob’s medical media industry career began in 2006 with roles at Haymarket Medical, where he worked as commercial director for the MIMS brand - including all MIMS journals, websites and conferences - and on the UK launch of myCME.com. Following stints in media planning and client services with Dunnhumby and the Royal Mail group, Rob returned to medical publishing in 2016, to head up the sales portfolio of Radcliffe’s commercial and education divisions.

Sean Delaney
Scientific Director
Following an academic career in cancer research, Sean made the leap into medical communications in 2011 and has held numerous writing and planning roles since. During that period he has worked within large agencies and smaller, specialised organisations acting as a scientific lead across various therapy areas. In the last six years, Sean has worked extensively on designing and implementing cardiology and diabetes programmes, counting an award winning out-reach programme in heart failure amongst his achievements. Sean joined Radcliffe in 2020 from OmniaMed Communications, where he managed the Scientific team and held a position on the board.

Following a Forensic Science degree, Carrie pursued a career in medical education both as a member of the Haymarket Medical Education editorial team and latterly their sales team focusing on educating UK primary care physicians. This experience has provided Carrie with a wealth of understanding of what brings medical education projects to life!
Carrie joined Radcliffe in May 2019.
She has worked in this space for 15 years working with many of the world’s largest pharmaceutical clients. She prides herself on her attention to detail, creative approach to problem solving and creating programmes to help achieve outcomes-based education.
She now heads up the Radcliffe Medical Education sales team identifying new growth opportunities for the business.
