About us
We believe great communication is at the heart of great healthcare. Powerful research and ingenious innovation have always fuelled progress in health but it’s the way that new ideas are shared that ensures positive change happens quickly and equitably. For us, this is always a blend of the medium and the message – where, when and how important knowledge is communicated.
We promise to equip our users with the latest knowledge and skills they need, to do the best for their practice and their patients. We promise that every piece of content we put out there, will:
- Fit into clinician's life.
- Make a mark in the mind.
- Be shaped for the real world.
- Be easy to share.
- Come with evidence attached.
Bringing knowledge to life since 1987
Throughout its history, Radcliffe has transformed traditional forms of medical knowledge sharing - from journals and conferences to surgical demonstrations - by applying communication skills, creative design thinking, and the latest technology.
Since our beginnings in the UK as Radcliffe Medical Press (founded in 1987 in Oxford), we’ve sharpened our focus on cardiovascular medicine – and the use of emerging technologies in media.
Pioneers of digital learning for healthcare, we combined our portfolio of seven market-leading journals with live events, online courses, podcasts, and bitesize educational articles and videos.
Today, we continue to push the boundaries of what education and lifelong learning can become – and what we can achieve together as a connected, driven, and mutually supportive professional community.
Because knowledge shared saves lives.
